Solid practical skills and outstanding work performance has ensured that nearly all ECARE interns receive high praise and appreciation from their host companies. Nearly 70% of our interns receiver a formal offer letter to join the company on completion of the internship program. More than 90% of our interns have found professional full-time jobs within three months of their internship or within three months of their graduation. Their experience with ECARE played a vital role in their successful employment.
Super 18 Internship Process
Concise, Efficient, Professional
• We will make a list of potential internships suited for your professional profile
• You will be given resume feedback and interview counseling for targeted businesses
• We will coordinate the details of your interview and notify you of the interview time and itinerary
• We will track the results of the interview, receive interviewer feedback as well as your own self-evaluation
Reach Out to Potential Employers
• As you enter into your internship agreement, we will help you take care of the details (eg: purchasing work insurance)
• We do a follow-up every two weeks to understand how the internship is going and what feedback or advice the interns and host companies have for us. We take the feedback on board and help make the internship experience better for both our students and the host companies
• Every four weeks the host companies make a stage assessment along with their interns and work on improving the program for mutual benefit
• Once the internship is complete we help our students receive their internship letter of recommendation. We also analyse the student’s overall performance and a formal career assessment report, providing career development recommendations.
Internship Performance Follow-up
• Sign an internship agreement with ECARE
• Report on the internship process and give feedback to your project manager
• Every four weeks listen to stage assessment and make suggestions for improvement
• Once you have completed the internship, you will receive an internship letter of recommendation, an ECARE career assessment report as well as career development advice

• Provide information about yourselves; help us understand any specific demands or expectations you have of the program
• Attend a one-on-one career planning session with your project manager who will compare and contrast your needs and industry needs in order to determine best possible career path for you
• Your project manager will reach out to potential host companies for you and make recommendations for them to consider you for an internship at their companies

• Receive a one-on-one career planning session with a career development expert where you will talk about any demands or expectations you have from the program and receive advice on your chosen career path
• Work on strengthening your practical skills through the ECARE practical career skills course
Strengthen Your Skills
• Re-organise your resume according to feedback given by our professional staff
• Participate in a simulated interview that will not only help you understand Australian business processes but also helps improve your interview skills and prepares you for emergencies
• Your project manager will notify you of the time of your interview and the interview itinerary. They will be in touch with you before and after your interview.
